“They tend to bounce you around from place to place, though I'm sure that is sometimes needed to find the answers they need. Other than that, Dr. Ertel is such a nice guy. As soon as you see him, any sort of health anxiety you may have had disappears. He's a kind hearted man, and has no problem simplifying medical information so that you can more easily understand the situation. He also has no problem listening to you, which is a good change from most doctors. He listens to how you're feeling and every symptom you may be having. Most docs just wanna hear themselves speak, and get you out with a prescription asap. I'd recommend Ertel to anyone. If not for his professionalism, then for his cordial attitude.”

“My second visit here. Courtney is professional and willing to listen to my concerns. I don't feel like I'm rushed out the door like I was at my last practice. The other staff are welcoming & display sunny dispositions that make for a comfortable atmosphere. Had a third visit and everyone else was brought in after me including people who came in after me. I was take back late. Waited forever naked in exam room . Came out almost two hours later.”
