“I am 100% satisfied with the care I receive at H2 Health. I've been in physical therapy sessions with Beth and Matt. Both are very personable and they truly care about me and my issues. Pushing to limits but not so far to be harmful. The facility is clean and items are wiped down after each person's use. Printouts of exercises are given for at home continued therapy. Appointments are made according to patient's schedule/needs. Therapist communicates with me clearly to give me exercises within my abilities and adds new ones as I'm progressing. Definitely recommend H2 Health for Physical Therapy.”

Yes it is hard to get in at times and you may have to wait to see him but he does not run an assembly line ( like many doctors do), when you go in he takes the time to listen and will spent as long as needed with you. “I'm going to be honest and say, I was so nervous to leave my brand new wheels and tires anywhere at first.. but here they treated me so good that I felt safe enough to drop them off to pick them up the next day. Everyone else around either closed earlier than the were suppose to or booked until next week. (Walmart said they couldn't take the wheels when there was still 4 hours until they closed and 2 cars in the bay) When I came into here they were very nice and let me know they still wouldn't be able to get to them the same day but they will have them done the next day. The guy was nice enough to help me unload everything. The next day I got them and they are perfect! Absolutely no scratches from mounting (which I was also afraid of) and there were two guys that helped load them back up also. Really good trustable people, with good service.”

Definitely a language barrier, but if I have a problem communicating with anyone, I use the Google translator and I suggest you do too. They speak Mandarin Chinese and they’re so nice, but more importantly, they’re great at what they do. Not a whole lot of communication needed. We go in, state that we want the 60 min., get walked to the room, take out clothes off and receive the best massage ever.”
