“Great food! We had a great time at the distillery and were excited to try the new restaurant. The atmosphere was great, the servers were super friendly and cheerful, and the food.....oh, the food! I can't recommend the Duck Poppers highly enough. I had the Bullitt County Dip, a brisket sandwich. It was tremendous! The pulled pork sliders got good reviews at our table as well! They have a great selection of bourbons to try, as well. We enjoyed dining here!”

“Went for a tour a while back. Very interesting on how the bourbon process is. Got to see from beginning to end. Absolutely terrific experience. The whole staff was great. Get the ticket to have a cocktail of your preference. You also get a taste test of some of their fine bourbon. You can also get your name and bottle of single barrel Knox Creek. I am definitely coming back. Oh and check out the shop. If you love Jim Beam like I do. You will love it.”
