Seems they are often out of stock on certain things, but great customer service and store is always super clean.

Good variety of pet supplies. Home made treats for the dog. Very polite and friendly staff.

Staff are knowledgable and friendly! Pets look to be in great shape, including the fish. This is a great pet store, and I have high standards!

Only missing out on a five star review because they are very frequently out of feeder mice. In their defense, I as a customer should call ahead before driving there since the are the only place I've found locally or even close to it who carries feeders. Place is otherwise amazing, employees and management are attentive, knowledgeable and seem to love their jobs. The store is large and clean with frequent inventory and stock changes/updates. They have a nice selection of HEALTHY (hard to find at most pet/supply stores these days) animals available to check out or being home as your newest family member

Always have a great experience here. Even when my twins were off the chain acting like three year old boys. Employee's were calm and helpful
