Then was asked very nicely, by store manager, Brad Carlton, if he would like him to install it, which was great! He also cleaned and repaired battery terminals. “My friend and I were driving through Kansas on our way to Pennsylvania last weekend, the alternator broke and the car left us right by an intersection. Fortunately we found Jose's shop open (who also has a tow company) via google. We needed to reach our destination by Monday in order to catch a flight back so Jose went out of his way to have our car ready the next morning when all shops were already closed, on top of that our bill was extremely reasonable, he truly cares about his customers. We were two girls who know nothing about cars so it would have been easy to fool us but Jose was very professional and extremely helpful, he really saved us! Thanks again Jose!”
