“KCR is my go to reefer repair techs. Great place for washouts as well. Dustin(Owner) is without a doubt one of the hardest working gents I've ever met. I will typically argue with my trailer leasing company if they want to use any other vendor for break downs. Turn around time is extremely important in this industry and frankly there is no one better than KCR when it comes to reefers. Dustin has bailed me out of more jams than I can count or even remember. The team he's built seems to stay with him as well which really says a lot about the leadership and ethics in place. I run around 30+ reefers at any given time and I've essentially used every fleet service in town at this point. The bigger vendors simply can't compete with the level of customer service this company continuously provides. If ever asked for a reefer reference, KCR is not only at the top of my list. They are the list!”

“Good ole days!!! I am from a small town and I remember the good ole days when your neighborhood businesses were the place to go. Unfortunately we have gotten away from that. My exhaust pipes came loose from my Ram truck. I had them in the bed of the truck for months as I was not wanting to deal with the big box shops. I was getting ready to take a trip and knew I had to bite the bullet and get it done. Surprisingly when I looked up shops, I found that the shop I drive by every day on the way to and from work, the shop within a mile of my house and the one I thought only did tires.... Did mufflers as well. On the way home I saw the doors open, I pulled in and saw a guy working in the shop. I told him what I had. He came out looked at my truck, told me the muffler was rotted out on the back and would need replaced. He ordered the muffler the next morning and by5pm that day my truck was ready to roll again. Completely made me feel like the good ole days when people and companies cared and treated you like neighbors... And the fact they are riders was a bonus.. Ride safe! Thanks a million.... Dave”
