She was available as soon as I walked in and zeroed in immediately on what I was looking for. Three days later, the owner, Bob, visited my house to take measurements and talk details of the install. This incredibly nice man answered all my extremely detailed questions with ease. Today, two weeks after initially visiting the showroom, my carpet is going in; two guys doing a hallway, two bedrooms, and three closets. They arrived five minutes early (perfect in my book), took a look and got to work. It took them just over three hours to install, which means I still have half a day off to setup and relax.
