I have a relative there. Since the outbreak of covid 19 early part of 2020, the staff at Medicalodges of Oxford kansas has been on top of things caring for the safety of the Residents.
When the covid 19 cases was dropping late spring and summer of 2020, they did not let their guards down. Instead, they got busy and put protocols and plans in place to be prepared in the event of a covid 19 outbreak hit their facility.
As number of cases in Kansas started to rise this fall sad to say, staff and most of the residents was hit with the virus. They continued to work hard and diligently to the care and safety and support for their residents.
Now, the residents and staff are recovering well. We also appreciate that although very busy, they took time to keep us well informed the status of my Sister's condition as this corona virus is new to all of us. .
We certainly feel that their success was due to preparedness ahead of an outbreak of the virus and putting their plans in action quickly. We thank you. Wish we could give Medicalodges of Oxford a trophy, they truly deserve it.
