“Let’s start at the beginning. When you call to set up your appointment the girls are friendly, helpful and thorough. When you show up for your appointment they treat you like a friend they haven’t seen in a while. They always remember your pets name and not only do they greet you they greet your pet too. Then you go into your private room where the professional Doctor comes in to take great care of your concerns. They also treat you like a friend and are very kind and compassionate. They take their time to answer all of your questions and they explain what needs to happen next, in terms that are easy to understand. If you can’t remember what you need to do when you get home, the staff will write it down so you can take the instructions home. They encourage you to call them if you have any questions. I have been going to them for almost 20 years. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a cat or dog. They welcome the puppies and kittens we have had and they help us empathetically when we have had to say good bye to our furry babies. I consider them our friends!”
