They are very friendly, helpful, professional. Our bathroom sink goes down slow so we needed it fixed. Well it was not an easy repair like just snake and be done. Eric was very professional nice and explained everything to us before he did anything. Then like I said it wasn't an easy job, Dan come over explained everything to us gave us a good and worst case scenario. Dan answered any question we had and explained in terms we could understand. Like I said EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Even the people who set up the appointments are WONDERFUL!! Would definitely hire again in the future if needed hopefully not needed.

Sewer line was backed up due to my daughter flushing a pair of sunglasses down the toilet. Ralph & Johnny came and worked diligently to get the sunglasses out. They were very informative and helpful. They made sure we understood our options and gave us recommendations for future repairs.

I’ve always had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter; dispatch always sends out Ralph, who is fantastic. He does excellent work, always recognizes me and is very amiable, and remembers previous work done in our home. We’ve used them to put in shutoff valves at a sink, install a new utility sink & faucet in the basement, put in a new pressure regulator, and run a new waterline for the fridge (including removing 2 dangerous saddle valves!). Pricing is not low but it is fair and quotes given are accurate & work is done right the first time. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great experience. Have used them on a couple of occasions. Good service each time. Ralph was my technician this time. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. He answered all the questions I had. I will definitely use again next time I have any issues.
