I had contacted Regina, the site manager, and she was the best at getting me to where I needed to be with everything online and guiding me through the what, where, and how to do it all. I can't say enough about her excellent help. Highly recommend her as a great person to deal with. She manages 2 facilities here in Wichita.

I rented a storage unit on Carey Lane after a very unfortunate and transitional period in my life. With nowhere to put my most precious belongings for a long while, I dreaded them being in an old dusty storage unit.

Best storage in town, and the staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The onsite manager Remington was awesome, and went above and beyond to help accommodate us. He provided better customer service than we've ever received at all the other storage units in the past, combined!!!
