Dr. Roberts is very knowledgable, honest and he make the experience easy. The hygiensts and office staff are always great talking with as well and give great details on insurance and payment questions.

My son got his front tooth chipped/enamel knocked off while wrestling. They were able to get us in quickly to check for other damage and monitor his pain.
    Great service and wonderful staff!

I was really afraid I would have to be given a lot of shots for a cleaning because my teeth are so sensitive but I had a really thorough and gentle dental prophy by an excellent hygienist this morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. Dr Roberts went over every tooth with me (I need a lot of work) and he wasn’t pushy at all about what needed done. He seemed very flexible concerning my future treatment plan. Some dentists I have gone to want me to commit to all the work right now and we simply can’t do that with our dental insurance currently. I felt very comfortable and they were very professional even being short staffed. Happy to have found them.

We loved going to Dr Roberts but moved to Florida. We tried finding a good dentist but couldn't. We started seeing Dr Roberts when we went back to Wichita to visit family. After a few years of doing this we were told it'd be best to try and find a dentist in Fl in case of emergencies. We tried and my son is now terrified because the crook of a dentist we saw scared him saying he has preventive gingivitis and that I needed 7 crowns, I knew that was wrong for me and questioned my son's diagnosis. Turns out the dentist is known for upping issues on patients with insurance, so once again we are going to see Dr Roberts when we visit family. I'm so glad we can trust him and his diagnosis. My son has anxiety issues and has pestered me to get him an appt with Dr Roberts because he trusts him. I know Dr Roberts is an honest man, I went to high school with him and even in the cesspool of high school he was a good, honest person. The office staff is also extremely polite. Trust me I have experienced horrible issues here in Fl with dentists, just getting infections and an emergency root canal because my dentist had to get his dog and didn't do the job properly then the temporary crown was rubbing the nub of tooth that was left so I had to go with unbearable pain sit for an hour with another dentist to help with the pain then go back to that dentist a week later for 2 hrs root canal because my dentist didn't schedule a root canal like he should have instead of rushing to get his dog, then my temporary crown cracked and I had to go in get the permanents put on but it's still not finished. Let me tell you, I never, ever in 5 yrs of seeing Dr Roberts have any kind of issues like I'm having in Fl. You can trust Dr Roberts.
