Zips Car Wash

Have a membership, and always come out with a clean look and love the free vacuum. I think a lady named Charlene??? Helped me update my membership since my card debit had expired. The line was quick and love how they were open on cold days which prevented the salt from deteriorating my paint.

It's not often that you can say you had a memorable experience at carwash, but I was fortunate enough to have one. The process was easy, the staff was friendly, and my car came out sparkling clean. The vacuums were working great. In fact they were doing such a good job that before I could realize it i sucked up my ring that I had removed temporarily. I panicked bc this ring has a lot of sentimental value that can't be replaced. When I went to talk to the manager she could definitely see how distressed I was as I was tearing up explaining what happened. She was very kind and reassuring. She came to open the vacuum for me and I was prepared to frantically dig through all the yucky dusty debris alone, but she went above and beyond by locating my lost treasure. I am beyond grateful and will be returning for a membership soon.
