He's extremely thorough in explaining what he's doing, and using ananlogies to convey his points about dental care. The rooms look very new and modern and the one I was in overlooks a nice waterfront. Check in/out was extremely quick. I have to say for the first time, I'm actually looking forward to my check up visit(s).”

“I came in originally to get a tooth pulled, but it turns out it was salvagable if I got a crown instead. Which saved a lot of pain and recovery, I was back at work within the hour, and eating soft foods by lunchtime. The experience and procedure was completely painless, and the staff was courteous and knowledgable. They do push a little on getting some extra work, but if you decline they stop, which is more than most places, as that is usually a deal breaker for me. They also aren't as invasive during xrays, and they have a cool 3d camera that maps your mouth also reducing the need for so many xrays, and time waiting for fittings. They are in network with Metlife, which is my insurance. Overall one of the best experiences with a dentist and his team.”

“WOW, what a difference in customer service at this location compared to the one at 21st and Rock location. I am a regular at the drive thru at 21st and Rock location and it felt like the tellers hated doing their job as they hardly wore a smile or had a pleasant demeanor or a friendly voice. The difference was super clear as I just visited the East Central location. Maybe the Intrust Bank drive thru tellers at 21st and Rock can learn how to be friendly from the East Central location.”

“The thing I love about Courtney is that he specializes in athletic care, and he is one himself. He understands that most issues that plague us are not actual injuries but problems that arise from weak muscles. He teaches how to strengthen those muscles and what needs done to bulletproof you to prevent common problems. He took me from barely being able to run at all clear through my first marathon and then through my first 50K, with no knee pain at all. I highly recommend!”
