Lyons Mexi-Cajun

This place is just a little hole in the wall restaurant in a hole in the wall town but the food was amazing, everyone was super friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Best dirty rice I've ever had. Will definitely be back to try the jambalaya.

Amazing food and very welcoming staff. We tried the jambalaya, fried catfish, and the bread pudding—everything was phenomenal. We are not even from the state of Kansas but would come back to eat here again. Highly highly recommend!

Happened into this place while passing through, better Cajun than New Orleans. Seriously worth driving out of your way for. Really good food and great small town service!!

Had to come up for work. Trying eat healthy and got the tilapia. The veggies, fish, and tater sauce were delish! Wish I could say I didn’t eat the rice. 🤣

We had the place to ourselves. Not for sure why, the food was great, service was great. I really hope more ppl start coming in more often. 💙
