“Even though I hated the diagnosis, the mechanic (Kyle) really knew what he was doing, and it didn't take him long to figure out the problem. I was originally just driving over to figure out which version of power steering pump my school bus had, and get more information. On the way over there, my bus tried to overheat... Kyle determined that a gasket had previously blown in the engine, and it wasn't going to make it to Florida like I wanted. Elite was so kind, and also professional about the whole situation.
