“We just placed my mother into memory care yesterday at Mission Chateau. Everyone we greeted said “Welcome Betty to Mission Chateau, we are glad you will be staying with us”. The first day exceeded our expectations which were already high. Not only the warm welcome, but we were very impressed with the professionalism and skill level of the team. Tanya the head nursing supervisor was very sharp and especially professional. Suzanne the activities coordinator was warm and encouraging to my mother since she has lacked socialization and much activity for a few years. We found the caregivers/nurses throughout the day were patient and respectful, even though they had to repeat their names to my mom over and over again - God bless them all for putting up with that !! After 90 years living in her own home, my mother is in a very clean, well run and personable environment that she can call her new home! Thank you Mission Chateau management, staff and ownership!”

My hygienist made me very comfortable and took the time to understand my particular situation and offer information and advice that I know will improve my oral health. She was gentle and through. The most comfortable clean I have ever experienced. And Dr Bock was not only the real deal but definitely the whole package. From his introducing himself with a warm handshake to the efficient and through exam he made me feel like family. He took the time to answer all my questions and help me understand what i needed as my personal treatment plan. She makes it known that medication alone will not magically fix things. She is concerned about her patients as a whole, looking also at medical concerns such as vitamin dificiancies, thyroid disorders etc. which affect how psychiatric meds will work or not work. She encourages therapy and exercise along with other coping skills. I have never had an issues with her office staff.”
