“I do not understand why this center has lower reviews. I'm a long-time customer of over 20 years. The ladies here are truly caring of their customers not clients but actual customers and build relationships with each and every one of them. I had had a traumatic event happened to me we're almost lost my life and when I came back I got some of the biggest hugs With Tears in their eyes that showed me these people truly care about me. Yes some of the hours may have gotten shorter is that their fault no. Customer service is way Beyond satisfactory .I love the people that work at this Bank”

“This Bank is Amazing! They greet you personally as soon as you enter, then they invite you to have a seat at their desk. (There are no standing teller windows ????). As you sit they offer you a delicious chocolate from the candy dish st their desk. Also available are one of their logo pens and a magnetic 'Royals schedule for your fridge! The simply treat everyone with the up most respect and delightful attitude. I give The Bank of Prairie Village a Thumbs Up! ???? And highly recommend them to all.”
