(June 24, 2021, 8:36 pm)The layout of this park was kind of funky. GPS first directed me to park by the middle school... and there was just a soccer field by there, and no playground in sight and I thought I was at the wrong spot. Turns out you have to park by the C.I. Waggoner Elementary School to see the rest of the park--- so I would recommend putting that in your GPS instead for a more accurate navigation.
The nice thing I would say is since this park is right next to the school, you have off-street parking as you can just park in the school parking lot.
Aside from the aforementioned soccer field/grassy area, the park has a concrete basketball court and a sandy play area. The picnic tables are placed on a concrete slab so you don't have to worry about getting your shoes dirty while sitting, so that's a nice touch...
I don't recall seeing any restrooms...
Play area, on a side note, was also a bit compact and not very fancy in terms of equipment.

Lots of runners around the perimeter.
(July 14, 2017, 11:02 pm)I just pass through on my bike ride but it looks very beautiful when I pass by. It's que convient as it is right next to a school.
