Gecko Painting

Using Gecko to paint our house was a great decision. After several quotes we chose them, and I couldn’t be happier. The house looks fantastic. The painters were friendly and helpful. They were thorough and efficient. They got it done faster than I would have guessed. We even changed our mind at the last minute about an accent color and Gecko was great about it and happy to help. Then we got the bill and liked what we saw… And they even followed up with a great little thank you note and gift. What a nice touch. They surely understand customer service from beginning to end. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Gecko has painted my home 3 times, not including when it was built. They have done a nice job each time at a reasonable price. The crew they sent out was very nice and they came over to do touch up today and found spots I hadn't noticed. They fixed everything I wanted.

5 stars for the work done and price. The work was done quick and looks very good. The work started about 3 weeks after I agreed to use them and it only took 3 days to complete (at less than 7 hours/day).

I was 99% satisfied with the work but I was disappointed that no one called shortly after the work was done to ask if I was satisfied. Since no one reached out, I spent about an hour doing touch-up work later that week. Before the work began, I had left messages via email and voicemail with no response. For this reason, I give the business 4 stars.

One last point. The painters changed the color of my gutters on the back and side of the house from the trim color to the house color. This must be standard practice because other houses in my neighborhood were done the same way. I'm not disappointed, but I was not expecting this.

Edit: One week after the work was complete and about 2 days after I posted this review, I was contacted by the company to see if they could visit and do a walk-around to make sure I was satisfied.
