My boys and hubby took the parent child class Sunday evening and had a great time! They also fell asleep quickly that evening, bonus, because it actually wore them out haha!!! Great for beginners or seasoned gymnast. We will be back!

Great place to work out in a unique and interesting way. Positive thinking / affirmations encouraged here. You'll improve your strength, flexibility, stamina and balance in their classes.

I bave had parties here when I was a kid and now I work here. It is a wonderful environment for learning and challenging yourself. Staff here is amazing and they have a great encouraging personality. Definitely recommend for all ages!!!

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here tonight and it was a blast. All of the girls had so much fun playing with the silks. At first we did not reserve the extra hour upstairs with the hammocks/silks but about a week before the party we decided to and I’m so glad we did. They LOVED the upstairs hammocks. It probably would’ve kept them busy for an entire hour but we had to pull them away for cake and presents. The class was also super fun and the teacher made a point to make my birthday girl feel special!!

I have had this on my bucket list for 11 years! 39 years old and finally making time!! Best experience. Best workout! Best environment, both mentallyand physically! Everything I could have dreamed of and more!! Planning on emerging myself in 2022! If you have been considering... you should just do, because YES YOU CAN!
