“I go to this gym because of Coach Adam. If Adam didn't coach here then I would not go to this gym. Adam is a great coach and I appreciate him and all he does to help me stay in shape and stay healthy. Adam has been my coach for 18 months. I am a faithful 6am crossfitter. Adam, Chase and Nick are the only Coach/Trainers that I have had class with, well not Chase, but I see and hear him every morning.
