The person I worked with always emailed back within a reasonable amount of time (usually in less than a couple of hours on week days, no replies on weekends) and were able to answer all of my questions. I designed the artwork myself but for art proofs they were quick to make any adjustments I asked for. As a great bonus, they also work closely with the University of Kansas so that any organizations can make sure their designs are approved through the school if necessary. Way more reasonably priced than CustomInk and much quicker, especially since I could just go pick my shirts up.”
