I have been with spring for YEARS and no associate has ever been as prompt and willing to resolve issues without a negative attitude or simple lack of care for the customer. He is quite possibly one of the best customer service reps I have ever experienced. His service is impeccable. This man absolutely deserves a raise. I can’t preach more highly. Thank you for always resolving issues and CARING about the customers Q!

(August 24, 2018, 12:55 am)Quincy Carroll is the most patient sales person ever. Remembered me 3 months after I checked in to see if I was upgrade eligible, then got me signed up & fixed up when I came back. Then I brought my friend in for her first smartphone. It was great. It took hours, but he got her signed up and started and in an iphone 10 for a lot less than she used to pay Verizon for less service. Go QUINCY!!
(June 9, 2018, 2:28 pm)Jeramiah Jones was a great salesman. No pressure and supper helpful. We got our phones and some of our accessories at the store and ordered some for amazon. There was no hard sell from Jeramiah and we actual went back and bought more at the store.
(January 13, 2018, 3:51 pm)Alex helped my husband pick out a new phone on 1-11-2018. He had called and spoke to Alex on the phone earlier in the day and then we went to the store in the evening. He got everything set up, helped us decide on a plan change and showed me a new phone as well. Great service and attitude. Thank you!
