“Splendid communications skills. The president of the company actually came and inspected the relatively small outdoor job. Contacted this company without any experience previously in dealing with them. Their website is filled with major electrical contracting jobs done well but made me concerned at first that I was contacting a big contractor who would disdain the job for its modest scale. I was wrong. ABC was able to schedule several staff to drill into an existing outdoor lighting foundation, set bolts, mount the post top LED lighting unit (15-foot ornamental pole) and do it according to my wishes 100%. Very pleased. Have asked them to pursue further interior home work with me. Don't hesitate to contact Tom or his staff even if you have a modest job for a residence--they're ready, willing and a pleasure to work with.”
