“AJ & KP were absolutely amazing! Our family was in a bind…traveling from Norfolk, NE to KC. On the interstate, outside of Council Bluffs, our sunroof glass shattered. We had called multiple other businesses & they couldn’t help (either closed soon, unable to fit us in). We got ahold of Concept about a half hour before they were scheduled to close. They understood we were in a bind & gladly welcomed us to their shop even though they closed soon. They were both very happy to help!!! They cleaned up the glass & put crash tape over the roof & we were on our way. We highly recommended them!!!”
