“I recently joined this gym and had zero expectations. I called and spoke with Frank and he asked me, what do you want to get out of this? I said, lose weight, have fun, learn a new sport and hit a bag as hard as I can. Frank's response was...you have come to the right place. Sure enough, he was spot on. The staff is super friendly, the place is immaculately clean and it's a very family friendly atmosphere. So happy I found this place and would highly recommend it to anyone. The time is now, don't think about it if you are contemplating..come join this great boxing family. Would give it 6 stars if I could.”
