“I LOVE everything about Metamorphic. The women, the trainers, the classes, the space and equipment. The progress Ive made, the motivation I receive and the interaction I have with the other women there really adds a lot to my life. It makes working out and being healthy so fun! We interact and encourage one another daily through social media and classes. Sandy is my personal trainer and she is truly awesome. Again, she makes it fun and really takes into account what I personally need to succeed. The other trainers, Abby and Stephanie are great as well. Any and every woman should come to Metamorphic for some awesome music and workouts! ”

“We visited the Oasis indoor playground today and the kids had a blast! For only $1/hr/kid it's definitely worth it. You do have to wear grip socks; you can bring your own, or you can buy there's for $3. There was a nice little concession that had drinks and snacks, with picnic tables to sit at. There was plenty of seating for grown-ups. You can't really see your kids very well inside the playground, but it's big enough that you can go in. So if you have really little guys you can accompany them. There was also some smaller free-standing slides, a train set and play house for the smaller kids. The playground allows kids up to age 17, so it did get quite crazy at times. But it was very clean, very nicely put together. My kids played with almost no tears, mostly on their own, for 2 hours. Also the staff was super nice.”
