They have been cooperative in making special arrangements for debit limits for vacation, explaining terms to my husband, refunding fraudulant charges quickly and without a hassle and making copies of checks for deposits when I have asked for each of these things. Their fraud department found fraudulant charges before I did the first time. I cannot imagine better service.”

It is a bummer that you have to have someones account number to put money in their account but it is for safety reasons! And understandable!
