“They are doing so much better a lot friendlier lately. The restrooms and showers have been clean.. The cashiers are understanding and friendly. They understand sepererate transactions. They take cash. They aren't new but still lot better than the new "truck stop" at the other exit. The McDonald's needs some help but I think are short on employees.”

“Bathrooms are clean. Good snack selection. The staff was too busy chatting to greet us when we got to register and the cashier didn't even look at us until I was handing her cash. But, otherwise, a good stop. Pilot is my favorite convenience/gas trip on road trips. They have clean bathrooms and good coffee usually. This was no different. Clean facility in general.”
