“William is a one man show and owner of southern indiana pest control. He is better than 5 people. We were getting a VA loan and black diamond did our home inspection. They made sure to put what they needed on report to make us have to buy a termite system and the wrong and more expensiveone. Anything to make more money because they knew now we had to for the closing. We called william for a 2nd opinion. We has a small spot on the largest beam from a bore beetle and there was no evidence of termites or any active bugs. William installed the right termite system and cost us half of black diamond. Whenever you need him he always answers right away in text or call. He makes an appointment and shows up fast which is rare these days. If he has to come out and spray a second time due to no fault of his own he makes you a priority.”

The front store offers smaller things like vintage glass and other cool things and the barn behind it is full of used furniture. “Went into the Store and asked for Ten Dollars of Quarters. It was on Easter Sunday and the Clerk said no they couldn't do that. But I then asked if I could get Ten Bill in Ones . He was able to comply and give me Ten Dollars in Ones for my Ten Dollar Bill . I was going to an Easter Egg Hunt and I wanted to put a Dollar in the Eggs. But it did turn out to be a great day anyway. I appreciate that they had Ten One's to exchange. The clerks were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Circle K to everyone.”
