“I work down the street from this park it looks like a pretty big Mobile Home Park always cars going in and out it looks like they try and keep up with it and make it look nice although like many of the people say they could do some road work in there. The people I see in my store from here are usually pretty nice and easy-going to.”

“This is a great community to live in. I have never had any problems since I have lived here. They have a pool, playground, and a basketball court for the kids. When holidays come around they have parties and the kids really enjoy it. They even have a after school program 3 days a week for The kids to get help with homework and do crafts. And the staff is very friendly. I love it here.”

“My first thought was I'm not staying here long . The lady that was in the trailer next to me had a big dog that she didn't clean up after so there were dog droppings on that side of my RV. Then there was the train. The tracks run on the backside of the campground and trains come by pretty regularly. The reason why I stayed was the price was affordable. The people in the office went out of there way to work with me because I wasn't sure when I would get laid off from the job I was on . All and all if I work in that area again which I probably will, I would go back . This is more a place for the working class like myself with a few families that live there year round. From what I saw . I would recommend.”

“I would like to visit again during the summer months. Everything closes after Labor Day. The train tracks were not bad. We brought a fan and had the air conditioner on so we didn't notice it. The staff are very friendly. The cabins are cozy!”
