“My cats Dante and Goliath absolutely love the Southside Animal Hospital. They truly care for their patients. We are "friquent flyers" due to reoccurring diarrhea, and both cats get their medications asap. I had a hard time finding the "veterinarian home" for my pets. Other local veterinarian hospitals do not offer necessary services on time needed. However, the South Side Animal Hospital gave us an appointment as soon as possible, doctors and staff are offering all possible help and solutions. Thank you, guys!”

“We were unable to get our cat into our regular vet on a Saturday, and the vet hospital they recommended was ridiculously expensive. Southport Pet Hospital graciously squeezed us in and WOW. Fantastic service and very reasonable prices. Vet tech, Charlotte, was kind, gentle and still efficient with our cat who didn't have a broken leg, but an infected cat bite. We will be switching vets!!!”

“I have been taking my cats to this clinic for 20 years. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. The care and expertise are phenomenal. The prices are beyond affordable. I’ve had to have 2 cats euthanized which is beyond heart breaking and I couldn’t have made it through without the understanding of the staff.”

“I called this place 3 times and asked how much it would be to euthanize my cat I called at different times to see if it felt right I was struggling with having to put my cat down she was 19 it was time but I was so sad, I prefer to do emotional things on my own so by myself I walked into the clinic hoping I was at the wrong one so I would take that as a sigh she wasn’t ready but it was the right place the lady at the front knew immediately who I was she greeted me with a tissue the entire staff was very nice and kind hearted . they euthanized my cat baby with such kindness and respect. She was in my life since I was 5 I was glad that they treated her like she was in theirs for that long . After I took her home and buried her , a few days later I get a card in the mail the vet send me a card of condolences with each nurse and doctors own note personally wrote for me . I’m sad I lost my cat but I’m glad I did it there at Shelby Street Animal Clinic”
