“Hired this company to fix a few minor issues found during a home inspection. Received quotes from several electrical service companies and this company was by far the most reasonably priced. When the technician (owner of the company) showed up, he took the time to look into a few quirky things done by the original electricians that went to make sure things were done right. Even though there were one or two extra small things that needed to be done, he did it without charging extra when he easily could have. Little things like this is why I am not surprised they are rated with 5.0 stars. Glad to have supported a family business and strongly recommend them for any electrical work you need done. We’ll be using them again in the future!”

“i called a couple of companies to get pricing on maintenance plans. the customer service rep who answered the phone was very polite and professional. Ken Maddox heating and air was cheapest so I bought one. Scheduled my appointment. The tech that came out was also very polite and professional. one thing that really stood out for me is the respect by the tech he made sure he wiped his feet and wore footies over his boots not to soil my carpeting. He also educated me on tstat operations. so very pleased from start to finish with my experience with KEN MADDOX HVAC”

“John did a very nice job. He was very courteous and thorough in our job. We were told that we would receive a call 30 minutes before his arrival and the call we received was that he was already in our driveway. We received the call at 215 and arrived at our house before 230... we were charged $60 that we could have negated had we actually received the call when he was on the way. We feel this should be refunded as it was not part of the agreement. John did a great job though !”
