“Prestige Collision Repair was recommended to me by a body shop in Fishers when I couldn't find any availability and was stuck with an undriveable car. I have to say in retrospect I am so grateful I didn't end up anywhere else! Mr. Hacker is a professional through and through. He listened to my concerns and was transparent through the entire process of getting my vehicle back the way it was before it was smashed by an ignorant driver. When I had billing questions he was patient, calm, and willing to explain how it all works and took extra time to make sure I was on the same page so that we could find the right solution. Not only that but his quality of work is excellent. Mr. Hacker stands behind his company's and did a fantastic job of resolving any issues that came up after my vehicle was returned (tail light was leaking water which wasn't discovered until it rained). I have since returned as a customer when an animal ran out in front of my vehicle and again his service was excellent. They where the only part store that know their was a change over valve. The other stores just tried to sell me a new pump.
