“My husband and I broke down on the I94, just two miles from the Novak's shop, late Friday afternoon (very close to quitting time). I called around and almost no one was able or willing to take us. I called Joe and he waited till 7pm for the tow truck to drop off the RV. He called the hotel to make sure we could get a room for the evening, and then personally drove us there! Working through his Saturday morning he had the water pump fixed by 11, and were were back on the road by 1. So many times people are worried about getting taken advantage by a mechanic, this guy is the real deal. He could have easily charged us more, he could have just turned us away, but he cared. I highly recommend this shop, they're good people who do great work, for a very fair price.”
