I even asked the home loan manager, if she would mediate between another bank in Colorado for me on an auto deal from a third party wire transfer. And was more than happy to assist me. She even kept a close eye on my account and promptly notified me when the amount became pending in my account. Last year my debt card was frauded some 2000 dollars from a skimming device at a gas pump in Gary Indiana. Both the Michigan City branch AND the manager of the Crown Point branch worked swiftly to apply the money back into my account. Shortly after Horizon launched the micro chip in the debt cards.
