You have to be patient. This is not an in and out kind of store. There are contracts to fill out and equipment to set up for essentially each customer. Each transaction naturally takes time. “Mary Ann is amazing, kind, knowledgeable. Mine was an unusual situation emptying a large ,untouched (for many years), space for an ailing friend. I am not from area without Mary Ann I'd still be there. It took many hours, I never felt uneasy as the bldg was well lit clean and safe. She made sure my friend got all receipts and documentation in a timely manor. Cubesmart is extremely lucky to have her as their manager, she was absolutely wonderful.”
