“Had to have our boiler pump replaced. I called Monday morning and by 11:00am Scott was there to begin the repair and by 1:30 it was done. Great service and they didn't try to sell me on a new boiler or furnace. Just did what I asked with no complaints. The last time I had the pump replaced 10 years ago New Plumbing did it and it took 3 days to fix and cost 50% more. My only complaint was my pipe size was 1.25" and Scott had to go rent a kit at a local plumbing supply store so driving time and kit rental probably cost me at least $100 more. So make sure you let them know ahead of time in detail what they may need to bring from their shop. Take pictures and email them if necessary to minimize down time as they charge about $90 an hour plus additional supplies they may need to leave for and pick up.”

“I had a great experience working with this company. There was a leak in our crawlspace and the water wasn't working in the house. We were able to have these guys come out within a few hours of calling. Our crawlspace is very small and they were able to send someone who could fit down into the tight space. The house is our rental and the contractor was willing to call and talk with me as the homeowner, and give helpful information to the concerned tenant. The water company would not come back out and turn the water on the same day, and he called to advocate for them to come out sooner. When they didn't, he came back the next day to make sure the repair had been done and no water was leaking once the water had been turned back on. I was super please with the speed, the customer service, and the work that was done. I am thankful to have a company I feel I can trust and rely on to come out and fix any future issue. I highly recommend them!”

“Integrity Plumbing was assigned to handle my plumbing claim through my HSA home warranty. They were not chosen by me. There were numerous communication mishaps during the claim process. It was possibly a little bit of both our faults. I became extremely angry with their female office manger, Deana. She knew I was not a happy camper. I called her later to apologize for raising my voice to her when I realized that there was still a problem. The average person would have not handled me as well as Deana did. All she really wanted and cared about was to take care of me, the customer, despite my anger. Therefore, she sent someone out again to make it right. It didn’t seem like they are out to put a financial detriment on the customer. It seemed like they really cared about the customer. Would I choose Integrity Plumbing if I was given a choice? “Damian did a great job of fixing my drainage issue. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and took his time figuring out the best place to access my sewage line. I had been having gurgling, toilet was not flushing properly and sewage backing up in the basement floor drain. He was able to get the everything unclogged and used his camera to access the issue which ended up being roots growing in my sewage line. He showed me on his camera the extend of the root growth then finished blasting the roots out with his hydro jetter. I was very pleased with the service and pricing!”
