“Store 3435 The Co-manager Matthew was passing near A21 and I needed assistance. Without hesitating he assisted with several different things I was looking for in different sections of the store. He guided me to the different areas. He was creative in helping me solve my cold weather needs as I prepare to stay safe in sub zero weather gripping Indiana. The particular face cover I wanted they were out of. BUT he advised how to buy a hat and modify it to make a face cover to keep warm. This idea was very helpful. Thanks so much for being so professional. My hands were full and I asked if they had any small baskets nearby. Without hesitation, Matthew went to get a basket. This was just in time, as i was about to drop two items. I even ended up selecting and purchasing several other items due to this Outstanding Customer Service. This was one of the most Courteous and Professional Employees I have ever met at a Walmart. Keep up the great work.”
