“I was exhausted when I checked in to My Place. I had never heard of this chain but found out that they are not connected to any of the major hotel chains. The person at the front desk got me checked in as quickly as possible and even left a note for me to have a late checkout. The room was clean. The soap dispensers were full and the soap smelled amazing. The bed was comfortable and I loved that I was able to adjust the temperature to a comfortable sleeping temp. I did not take advantage of it but I saw pictures that you can order breakfast and it will be delivered to your door. There were lots of choices. The location is close to the airport and the rate was extremely reasonable. I would 100% stay here again.”

“This place is absolutely Gorgeous !! From the outside to the inside everything is new paint is fresh floors are beautiful they just didn't patch things up.. there's some real heart soul that went into making this just as beautiful as it was the day it was originally built !! I've been in housekeeping over 17 years and I checked everything and then some lol even the lines for the parking lot were new lol !! I'll be moving back to Plainfield pretty soon and you can bet Ashley is where I'll be !! what a Awesome turn around !!”

“Staff was great I must say. Room very clean. Great value. I wish there fountain in the pool room was a hot tub but overall I can not complain for a very clean bed to rest my head. Pool was the temperature that I expected a pool to be. Not a hot tub but not freezing so perfect temperature. The staff and extra clean comfy bed made it all worth my stay.”

“This place was amazing!!! We stopped here not knowing about this place. We walked in and everything looked new like it had just opened. Friendly staff at the front desk too. Really clean rooms. We had two nice comfy double beds, a full sized refrigerator, a cooktop and a microwave. We were met the next morning by a pleasant desk clerk and a good cup of coffee. We checked out and off we went. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying overnight in Indianapolis.”

“I arrived at this hotel at night and when I pulled up, it was absolutely gorgeous!! It was very well lit and looked pretty new!! The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic and provided great information and conversation. The parking lot was full, but I guess that means a chose the right place to stay!! The lobby was very inviting and had a great sitting area, but didn't have a snack area. I was told that a snack area is in the works and should be put in within the next 6 months, which means I'll have to return to see that!! The room was fabulous and was told that the hotel had just completed a renovation, and did it show!! The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable!! You can tell that they were planned out with every detail in mind! The rolling foot stools were a great touch. The bathrooms were excellent and the beds were very very comfortable!! The breakfast the next morning was great and the breakfast hostess was great as well!! Overall, I give this hotel a 20/10. The staff was very attentive and made sure I was more than satisfied with my room and everything on top of that was a huge bonus!! They were also very informative about restaurants in the area as well as where my meetings were at. You couldn't pay me to go to another hotel in this area except for this one!! I will definitely be back not only for the service, but to see the new snack shop as well.”

But best of all was the incredible service given to my friends with a smile. They seemed to care about how well they do their jobs.”

“I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I arrived later on 02/03/19 which was a Sunday night. Let's just say they went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at a hotel. Just the nicest people I ever wanted to meet. I'm sure the rest of the staff is just as nice but specifically Lisa, Missy, Keith and Rob were the folks I had the pleasure of dealing with. Oh and super clean. Next time I am in town there is absolutely no doubt I will be there. What a wonderful week. Thank all of you!”

“Chateau Thomas is a fine establishment, with great wine, employees and atmosphere. I've recently joined their wine club and have been incredibly satisfied with the results. Kurt and Michelle are the pourers I'd have the pleasure of receiving, both of which provide great conversation and knowledge of their craft. Excellent seating options to relax in, especially on nights featuring live music. Can't give enough stars. Come hopeful, drink heartily, leave happy.”

“Nice place. So far its quiet and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. After checking in and getting settled we discovered that the heater was blowing cold air. We had the thermostat checked and the issue was unconclusive. We were generously given another room. It was cold at first but I gave it a few hours to warm up. I finally fell asleep and woke up two hours later freezing. There were no extra blankets either. Besides the heat issue, this hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Bundle up.”
