“I didn't have reservations because there was no telling where I would end up since I was driving from NY and when I finally decided to stop at this town I noticed it was the same one I went to with my kids on a different day, weeks before but they were booked that time. This time around they had availability for that night so I checked in. It was a bit pricey for one night and one person on a military discount. Breakfast was ok. They could use better tasting coffee though. I was one of the first to have breakfast but the coffee tasted warm as if it's been sitting for hours. The room was nice and comfy, can't complain. Just glad I had a place to stay the night.”

“My wife and I wanted a quiet night after our wedding, and the Ivy House was everything we were hoping for and more. Linda was so nice and accommodating; when she found out it was our wedding night, she upgraded us free of charge! The bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak, the room was calm and peaceful. And breakfast was stellar! We also made great use of the Ivy House's location, meeting up with our wedding party for dinner at the Taxman Brewery just a few blocks down the road. We are so thoroughly pleased by the whole experience. (Oh, and if you can, splurge for the English Ivy Room. It's worth it.)”

“Conveniently located off the highway. Overall quiet and friendly place. Level and clean site for our camper. Pool looks great but it was closed for the year. My kids enjoyed the playground and liked the horses that live on site. The campground made pizzas and did free delivery which was nice after a long day of travel. Only complaint is the water coming out of the water hookup at the site smelled liked metal.”
