“Travis was our salesman at the RV show at the fairgrounds in Indy. He was very pleasant to deal with - wasn’t pushy and took his time with us. He worked with us and answered all our questions. When we went to pick up the camper everyone was more than professional - they were friendly and welcoming. The service tech hooked up our receiver and adjusted it. While doing so he discovered an issue with the frame of the camper (very minor). He brought it to it to the sales managers attention and they spoke to us about repairs and what needed to be done and went above and beyond to make this right - we left very happy! “Within just a few hours after leaving a negative review with a 1 star rating on 12/26/2018, I was contacted by Grant Smith, Director of Sales at Greg Smith Equipment Sales. He expressed sincere concern for the poor customer service I'd received regarding my purchase. He apologized for the lack of communication by his sales staff and made it clear to me that he was on my side. To make amends he stated that he would make a further adjustment to the sale price of the equipment I bought and that he would personally handle the remaining details of my purchase to insure that I was satisfied. True to his word, when I arrived to pick up my equipment, he personally expedited the loading process and all went smoothly.
