“Short on staff when we were there, but the two working the lunch crowd tag teamed beautifully! A special thank you to Zack, who took over our table when our original waiter got swamped with other tables. Food was great, crispy hot honey chicken sandwich was as the waiter described and more! “Not to be cheesy, but PACE IS THE PLACE! The trainers are amazing on every level and there’s such a fun energy that makes you want to work harder! They are extremely knowledgeable and are constantly educating themselves to stay ahead and bring new training techniques to the clients to keep things fresh, fun and effective. They are accommodating to every level of fitness and every stage (and age) of life. I personally was a college athlete and have trained this way my entire life and continue to even now after having 2 babies. Justin started training me when my first son was 7 months old, through my second pregnancy, and postpartum as well. He knew exactly how to modify exercises based on where I was at physically to help me stay in shape during pregnancy, how to slowly and safely ease me back into working out postpartum, and how to push me to achieve my goals of getting back to prepregnancy shape. On days where I was unable to get a babysitter they allowed my sons to be in a stroller with me while I worked out so that I could still get my training in (huge Mommy win that also left me with no excuses to skip sessions). When my family came to visit, my parents both came to workout with me (they are both 58 years old) and they loved every second of it even though we were exhausted afterwards! The environment at PACE is always inviting, full of great music that motivates you to push through your workouts, and leaves you feeling accomplished, even after a hard day! If you’re tired of the same old monotonous stuff and are ready to reach your fitness goals, and be pushed out of your comfort zone, look no further! PACE really is the place to go!”

“This is my 2nd root canal w DR Tate and the tooth my dentist thought needed it ended up not needing a root canal. However another tooth did after the more descriptive 3D image machine and thorough analysis at his office. Instead of just doing it he sent me home w some antibiotics w a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. He not only saved me $$ he was able to diagnose and treat the proper tooth. He talked me through the procedure and made painless and efficient. I was leaving for vacation out of state and he wrote me a precautionary prescription in case of infection. I didn’t need it but the peace of mind and caring for his patient was evident. I highly recommend DR Tate. I hope to never sit in his chair again but if needed he is my doctor.”
