“I was looking for a warehouse in the market and they were either too big and expensive or landlord requested 5 years contract; after a while of my search, I found Rise. I have been leasing a unit in Noblesville, IN for 8 months. From the beginning the commercial manager was really nice and open mind in order to provide a solution to my business needs. The facilities are all the time organized and clean, there is a pallet jack and forklift included in the lease for the facility. They have different size of units and most important thing, the facility manager is always able to help, customer service is awesome, which in mi opinion is the most important thing when you lease a property. Also, they have a desk when all the small packages are received if you are not in your unit. I couldn't find a better place to set my business. Highly recommended!!”

There was a lot of thought included when these units were built, i.e., sloped pavement to provide proper drainage and prevent water from getting into the units. And, they have excellent climate friendly units available. It is the best storage place I have seen.”
