“I moved my insurance needs to Butler Insurance for a couple of reasons. 1) They have the ability to shop around to different insurance companies and was able to reduce what I was paying for the same level of coverage as I had previously. 2) I appreciate the level of service I receive from Butler Insurance. If I have a question, I can have a conversation with someone if I need help navigating the process of dealing with an insurance claim. I also receive reminders (such as providing/needing information to maintain the good student discount for my son doing well in school annually), that help to make sure that my costs stay low. 3) They are knowledgeable and well informed about what is happening in the insurance world and their level of professionalism is second to non.
