A note to the rude, false advertised hours, and non human responsive places in Grant and Madison county.....have a little more availability and maybe act like potential customers matter because I will not be back to the places that didn't really care if or when I got my hair cut. “I have two units with these guys and I am happy with both of them. I have a 10 by 30 in Gas City and a 10 x 20 in Marion and have been with them for well over a year. The facilities are very safe and being open 24 hours a day with gateaccess allows me to get work done anytime I want and no i will be uninterrupted and safe to bring the family with me if need be. “A truly Independent Fundamental Baptist Church! If you are seeking a conservative church that believes in the entirety of the bible then look no further. The world today is full of modern churches that are more worried about appeasing modern culture than preaching scripture. Lighthouse Baptist Church is like how church used to be. Our family’s first visit to this church was done on our own accord without knowing anyone in the congregation. We were immediately greeted and recognized as first-time guests. Trish provided us with a brief tour of the nursery, Sunday school and sanctuary. Worship is based on scripture with a hymn book in each chair. There are no concert-like drums or electric guitars on stage. You won’t even find any distracting televisions or projector screens in the sanctuary. Instead you’ll find a beautiful grand piano accompanied by a small orchestra. The instruments are there to compliment the singing - not to be the star of the show. The entire congregation passionately partakes in the worship. After worship concluded, the pastor encouraged the congregation to greet one another and it felt like every member came to greet us willfully and cheerfully - including the pastor himself. We felt extremely welcomed. Pastor Hon is a biblical man that believes in the traditional values of The Church. He preaches from behind a beautiful, traditional pulpit. Although his preaching is passionate and will challenge your commitment to The Lord, he is humble and does not claim to be without sin. His weekly messages leave us motivated to read our bibles and encourage us to live a holy life. Attire is what you would expect when you think of churches of old where you were to wear your “Sunday Best”. Although there is no strict dress code, most men dress in a shirt & tie and many wear suits. Women wear modest dresses and skirts. It is clear that the congregation's attire is chosen out of respect for God’s Holy Church and not based on superficial motives. However, don’t let the thought of respectful attire prevent you from attending Lighthouse Baptist Church; they will welcome you with open arms regardless of your outward appearance. A small nursery is available for children under the age of 3. The room is staffed appropriately based on the number of children in attendance. Simple toys are available for the children and no screens are present in the nursery. Additional amenities include an attached bathroom and nursing station - perfect for potty trained children. Sunday school is available for the morning service for children 3 and up. There is so much more that I could say about this church but it’s best if you come and experience it for yourself. Whether you are a saved child of God’s Kingdom looking for a new church or a curious skeptic who is wanting to learn about salvation, this church is worth your time!”

“Max went above and beyond to remove a bad diesel spill from the carpet of my SUV vehicle. He let me know from the beginning he might not be able to completely remove the smell as it had more then likely soaked through the padding beneath the carpet and onto the metal floor. I had tried Dawn dish soap, white vinegar & warm water & air drying, then using baking soda to absorb the diesel & brushing it out & adding new for over a week. When Max was finished the diesel smell was greatly lessened, but unfortunately still remained. When I contacted Max later if he thought we should we retry, he was honest & said he believed the carpet padding should come up, the metal wiped & cleaned and that a retry probably wouldn’t help as he’d used his strongest chemicals. I appreciated his honesty & asked him to pay him. Max said no, because he couldn’t remove the diesel smell & he didn’t feel right charging me. I let him know he did deserve to be paid for his time & use of his chemicals. I knew from the start it was a 50/50 chance. But bless his heart he wouldn’t take a dime of payment. The carpet where the spill was is very clean after all the baking soda I had dumped on it. It Looks great, just has a diesel smell. I would recommend Max & Sauber Detailing to anyone. This is a very honest & trustworthy young man. Max, again, thank you for your help & God bless you in your business.”
