“If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. I stayed in the mansion a week ago. The house and rooms were spotless, and extremely well maintained. Everything is exactly as you see in the pictures! Great location, very safe neighborhood. Our hosts were the best! They addressed all of our questions and recommended me and my mom a restaurant nearby for dinner, it was great! The next morning we stayed for breakfast and it was amazing. Great attention to detail. When I am back in town I will for sure stay here again. Thank you!”

“If you are staying in/near Louisville Kentucky then I would highly recommend this establishment. It is located literally 10-15 minutes from downtown Louisville but has none of the negatives associated with actually staying in town (traffic, noise, high price, etc). The cleanliness here is impeccable. We've stayed here a few times and every time our room has been 5 stars out of 5 on the cleanliness scale and the amenities one would expect from a much pricier place.”

“This was a fine Hotel. Room was 100% A OK. Nice bed and pillows. TV was Big. Shower was big. Breakfast was big. Zero to complain about. Staff was Friendly, The outside landscape was very well maintained. Most important. the A/C worked 62 degrees.”

“We loved our stay at the New Albany Hotel. The hotel is right across the river from Louisville proper in a delightful little area, secluded enough to be quiet but quite close to whatever you are doing in town. We loved the horse-themed pillow and room decor. The rooms had lots of pillows and comfortable, clean white sheets. Rooms had coffee, microwave, fridge and TV as well as nice chairs and good internet. The staff were awesome - they gave us a sheet of recommended local restaurants, and were friendly and welcoming at breakfast, it felt like we were part of the family. The lobby is great! Really stylish furniture, coffee all the time, as well as local honey! Flavored waffles to make was a nice touch. Plus - very important - lots of power outlets in the common areas so we could go do work on a laptop or charge our phone. Will definitely stay again next time we're in town.”
