My dad passed on Christmas 2022. I came in from TX... and learned by calling that he had made final plans at MMR about 18 years earlier (They complemented his doing this.). When Steve realized who my dad was (Dad had a hard life due to childhood abuse and other circumstances.), Steve went above and beyond to help us make the celebration beautiful and comfortable for everyone.

They created a custom cardinal design for Mom’s memory cards. And they made collecting all our photos for the memory video very easy by providing a link to submit our pictures. The music was exactly what we requested.
