Our plumbing technician was prompt, friendly, courteous, and diagnosed the problem, which turned out not to be a plumbing issue. While this didn't fix our issue, at least we now know what the issue IS, and that's worth the service fee. I'm happy with that result, and the experience. Would consider using them again.”
